"Countdown to Kickoff" - Matchup Cap

In 2025, a new graphics package was delivered for the “Countdown to Kickoff” broadcast without a matchup capper. With the package arriving late and the first show airing in one week, I took full ownership of designing and producing the missing asset. I modified the existing 3D environment, refined camera angles and animation, and composited the final piece in After Effects to serve as a reusable template for each week’s matchup. The matchup capper shipped on time and was used weekly throughout the college football season.
